Step 1
The
design of your curbing is planned out and then sprayed on the
ground to ensure that the proposed layout is exactly what you
want.
Step 2
A grass cutter is used to remove the
existing grass and to redefine the existing or new layout of the
landscape bed. The ground is then leveled and tamped to make sure your
curbing will be level and have a solid base to be layed on.
Step 3
All
of the concrete for your job will be mixed on site using the
highest quality materials available. By mixing all of the
concrete on site we can control all of the ingredients to ensure
the best mix for the job.
Step 4
The mix is then wheeled to the curbing
machine and extruded onto the prepared areas. The curb is then hand
troweled to a smooth finish. Texturing and stamping are done at
this point if desired.
Step 5
Expansion joints are cut into the
curb every four feet to ensure proper curing and to allow the
concrete to expand and contract evenly.
Step 6
Excess concrete and materials are cleaned up
and the jobsite site is left as clean as it was when we arrived.
